Picking the right therapist for you is very important. By booking your free 15-minute consult we’ll be able to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, expectations, and answer any questions you may have.
Once we’ve determined that we are a good fit this is where the work begins. Together we will come up with an individualized treatment plan that takes into account not only your struggles but also your strengths. Currently, all services are provided via video conferencing.
